The Annual Meeting 2026 brings us together across two key venues – designed to strengthen collaboration and the #StrongerThanOne spirit.

 

Heidelberg (Hilton Heidelberg):

We kick off (13th April) and close (16th April) our event at the Hilton Heidelberg – our base for arrival, connection, and networking moments beyond the conference stage. Make sure to book your hotel room!

 

St.Leon Rot (SAP Headquarters | SAP Audimax):

The main conference days take place as usual at SAP HQ in Walldorf, with the SAP Audimax setting the stage for strategic updates, relevant topics, and exchange with SAP and the network.

 

Evening Events:

Expect curated evening formats that create space for meaningful conversations, relationship-building, and peer-to-peer networking throughout the week.
